Introduction

Effective teams are the building block from which successful organizations are constructed. Supervisors need to be both a successful team leader but also an effective team member.

Aims and Objectives

This development workshop will provide any Supervisor or first line Manager with the skills and techniques to enable them to develop and/or strengthen their team builder and team member abilities.
