This course is designed to provide all personnel in a training role with
supplementary information to that given in Presentation Skills and is aimed
specifically at one to one and small group training situations.

constraints using available resources

Course Development - Different approaches to designing and implementing a
course
Training Sessions - Prepare and deliver training sessions for individuals
and groups to meet learning objectives
Resource Control - Assess the practical constraints of time, cost,
facilities etc.
Assessment and Evaluation - of training given
Communication - Developing rapport and maintaining a climate conductive to
learning
