Asbestos Risk Management Workshop
Aims
To provide detailed information and guidance about the introduction of a new duty to manage asbestos into the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002.
Objectives for the workshop

To discuss the hazards of working with asbestos and asbestos- containing materials including the ill-health effects.

To provide information on changes to the law on asbestos which introduce the duty to manage the risk from asbestos in commercial premises.

To work through the logical steps needed to comply with the new regulation.
