Discipline & Grievance Handling for Supervisors

Introduction

Disciplining staff and handling their grievances are often some of the most difficult tasks a leader has to undertake. The Supervisor/first line Manager can totally re-motivate or potentially alienate staff depending upon the competence he/she displays in managing the situation.

Aims and Objectives

This two day development workshop steers delegates clear of the many pitfalls of poorly conducted disciplinary and grievance handling meeting and provides them with the appropriate skills to be able to achieve more effective outcomes.

  • How to handle serious/gross misconduct
