The Health and Safety (Display Screen) Equipment Regulations came into force
on January 1st 1993. This course covers these regulations and offers help and
advice to enable delegates to stay within the law when using Display Screen
Equipment.
Aims and Objectives
By the end of the course delegates will have an in-depth knowledge of the
regulations and how to work with Display Screen Equipment Safely.

Define who is a Display Screen User
Analyze the Workstation to assess and reduce Health and Safety Risks, e.g.
Musculoskeletal Problems, Visual Fatigue and Mental Stress
Rest Breaks
Eye and Eyesight tests
The Keyboard
Desks, Chairs and Workstations

Certification
A certificate of attendance will be issued to all delegates successfully
completing the course.
