Security Training Induction Course
Introduction
Designated Security Personnel require good, practical training. Properly trained staff will assist in controlling costs in their organization. All staff need to have an awareness of the need for security.
Aims
This course is designed to conform with British Standards Code of Practice for Manned Guarding (BS7499). The course will give delegates the knowledge and skills required to follow BS7499.
Objectives
By the end of the course, delegates would have been taught and assessed on:

- Uniforms
- Fire Safety
- Legal Powers
- Civil and Criminal Law
- Assignment instructions
- Health and Safety
- Relevant Electronic Devices
- Patrolling
- Major Incidents
Assessment
Assessment will take place throughout the course and at the end of the course by written examination.
