Introduction

A workplace orientated course, to provide users of Fall Protection Equipment with a working knowledge of current legislation relevant standards and the correct utilization of the provided equipment for safe working.

The Course Covers

Introduction to working at height and the need for Fall Protection Equipment (FPE).
Legislation, standards and guidelines applicable to users of FPE.
Principles of FPE use for restraint, work positioning and fall arrest.
Equipment connection and adjustment.
Pre-use inspection procedures.
Practical application, problem solving and utilization of the provided Fall Protection Equipment, in the workplace.
