Basic Food Hygiene - interactive CDROM or ONLINE
Introduction
This
programme has been endorsed by The Society of Food Hygiene and Technology (SOFHT).
Basic Food Hygiene uses proven training techniques combining text, sound and
animations to to provide requirements for Level 1 training.
On successful completion of the ten modules and the final assessment, a
certificate will be produced showing the staff members achievement. An internet connection
is required for the admin of this course.
It meets the training material requirements for the Royal Institute of Public
Health’s current Level 1 qualification "Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene"
and the "new “Level 2 Award in food Safety in Catering".

Certificates are included in the package - these are sent to you when the syllabus
is successfully completed.
Extra Tests/Certificates can be purchased in packs of 10.

Format
The course is designed to train one person at a time and is most effective
when completed in "bite-size chunks" of 20 - 40 minutes.
Course takes approx 3/5 hours to complete. There is no
limit to the number of students who can have their progression saved at any one
time.
