New Roads and Street Works Act 1991

Introduction

The New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (Section 67) requires that all organizations who work on the highway will require their supervisors to have City and Guilds 6156 qualifications within 2 years from August 5th 1992 and at least one member of the operatives team will require qualifications within 5 years of the same date. Employers have a responsibility to ensure that their supervisors and operatives are competent by providing necessary training and assessment. This course is recommended for experienced personnel.
The course is CITB approved for grants.
