Introduction
A course designed to provide users of Fall Protection Equipment with an appreciation of current legislation, relevant standards and the correct utilization of the equipment provided for safe working.
The Course Covers
- Introduction to working at height and the need for Fall Protection Equipment (FPE).
- Legislation, standards and guidelines applicable to users of FPE.
- Principles of FPE use for restraint, work positioning and fall arrest.
- Equipment connection and adjustment.
- Pre-use inspection procedures.
