Aims
To teach operators to prepare, maintain and safely operate a Wheeled Crane
(Self Propelled).
Objectives
On completion of the course the operator should be able to:
- Operate a Wheeled Crane (Self Propelled)
- To perform lifting operations under varying site conditions in a safe and
efficient manner
- Understand and comply with the safety precautions detailed in the makers
handbook
- Perform daily checks and user maintenance in accordance with the makers
handbook
- Identify the capabilities and limitations of various machines and lifting
gear
- Identify the hazards and responsibilities associated with Wheeled Crane
(Self Propelled)

Delegates must hold a UK driving license
