Consultancy Skills for Business Development

Introduction

Trends in business are moving more towards consultancy and facilitation skills to help others identify business solutions.

This course examines the communication, analytical and interpersonal skills of the business consultant and is centered around identifying business situations and developing solutions.

The course is suitable for personnel at all levels whose role includes business consultancy. Some likely roles may include Service Support/Sales Support, Personnel Officers, Training Personnel, Dealer and Sales Development personnel.
