Clerk of Works - Electrical/MechanicalIntroductionThe seminar is intended for electrical and mechanical planning and design engineers, electricians, fitters and those who are, or about to be, involved in running the site supervision as the Clerk of Works for Building engineering Services. It is also recommended that the delegate has a wide experience of Building Services, before attending the course. AimsThe aim of this seminar is to give the delegate an understanding of the requirements of the Building Service Clerk of Works who are actively involved in new buildings, major extension work and/or refurbishment of electrical and mechanical items. It follows the basic principles of contract work and illustrates the relationship(s) that should exist on sites.
