Train the Trainer Foundation Skills

Introduction

The success of any trainer will depend largely upon the competence and effectiveness of the Trainer.

This foundation course provides Trainers with the key skills necessary for their role. It is highly participative and provides a real life learning situation where the delegates are able to practice and measure their effectiveness as Trainers. The delegate's personal development is achieved through practising their training skills in s supportive small group environment with constructive feedback from peers and the Trainer.

Aims and Objectives

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

  • Construct realistic training objectives
  • Design appropriate training to achieve agreed objectives
  • Plan, prepare and present effectives skills and knowledge based training activities.
  • Effectively supervise and coach learners
  • Give positive and constructive feedback
