Presentation Techniques

Introduction

This course is aimed at individuals who make regular business presentations as part of their job function. It is assumed that individuals attending will have completed the Presentation Skills course and will be required to demonstrate existing skills at the start of the course.

  • Tell, sell and discussion.
  • The Platform and Tell Presentation
  • Platform delivery technique and using screen-based visuals.
  • Microphone technique and voice control
  • The Boardroom and Sell Presentation
  • Presenting to a group, selling ideas and concepts.
  • A model to help the sale and delivery dynamics
  • The Forum, handling and controlling discussion.
  • Go to where you want it to go
  • Positive outcome thinking

Aims

At the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

  • Demonstrate their own presentation delivery following the Tell, Sell and Discussion style.
  • Use constructed models for the preparation and delivery of the different presentations
  • Display professional presentation techniques
