Lenny Henry is a TV presenter making a programme about quality in our working lives. Although he tries to do his job well, things around him go horribly and hilariously wrong. The cameraman, sound recordist, typist and others all contribute to the total quality of the presentation. Gradually, Lenny and the team begin to practice individual responsibility, teamwork and communication and he gets his act together – almost.

This video provides an excellent and amusing introduction to all sessions aimed at highlighting the importance of quality. In particular, it shows that even for those not in the front line, quality has a key role to play.
