The Trouble with Sales Training - Video
Some employees fail to realise what training can offer.

This video illustrates the need for training, both for new
recruits, and experienced sales people.
Set in a training room, Jim (Mel Smith), a long serving sales person, tells
Peter (Griff Rhys Jones), who is new to the game, just how pointless training
is, insisting that experience is the only real way to learn. The trainer phones to say he is going to be late so
Jim fills in –
starting to share his valuable knowledge and experience with Peter.
In the second part of the video, designed to be shown at the end of the
training session, Jim, despite his attitude, turns out to be an excellent
trainer.
During his tirade against training, he even learns a few things himself.
