National Examination Board for Supervisory Management Certificate ProgrammeInformationThis specially tailored programme is ideal for those companies wishing to develop their Supervisors and Junior Managers to a nationally recognized level of competence. The programme is demanding but well within the grasp of most Supervisors. It is designed in accordance with both the employer's and the delegate's needs and thus course content and format is unique to each company's situation. The complete Certificate programme is divided into four modular groups and delegates have to satisfy a NEBSM Assessor that each module has been successfully achieved before they can receive the full certificate. There are a member of optional training methods available and these range from attendance on training workshops to completion of a series of open learning units. Our approach is to recommend a combination of both as the most practical and flexible solution. This enables delegates from different departments to vary their selection of open learning units to be appropriate to their personal work situation. Throughout the programme delegates are encouraged to implement the skills learnt and must complete agreed work bases assignments. At each stage they receive full tutorial support from the Trainer and thus companies can actually monitor the success of the programme through the outcomes of the agreed assignments. This Certificate programme is ideal for companies within to develop more than 10 Supervisors/Junior Managers and who require a flexible programme both in content and delivery.
