The Chieftain is one of the world's largest Main Battle Tanks. The MK10 is a massive16 tons fitted with a 120mm rifled gun. The power is delivered by a huge 750hp supercharged multi-fuel engine. This amazing fighting monster overwhelms most people at first sight, but soon after instruction you are roaring and howling this magnificent machine over seemingly impossible terrain. You will also have the opportunity to experience periscope driving. and travel in the commander's turret.

The Stalwart FV623 is an amphibious 6 x 6 all terrain vehicle. Designed to carry fuel and ammunition to the battle field. This remarkable machine will cross rivers, lakes and manoeuvre effortlessly at speed over the most demanding terrain. This 10 ton Stalwart is powered by an 8 litre Rolls-Royce and provides an awesome experience over our custom built course.

The FV432 is an armoured personnel carrier designed to carry 10 troops into battle. This tracked vehicle weighs in at 15 tons and is powered by an 8 litre Rolls-Royce engine. The easy handling and automatic transmission provides a thrilling drive around a demanding course.

The Abbott was designed to be a mobile gun which carried 4 troops into battle.  The 17 ton super charged tank has a 105mm Howitzer self propelled gun capable of shooting over 10 miles in hard off-road conditions. The automatic transmission in the 6 litre Rolls Royce K60, with 240HP,  makes this tank fascinating to drive on an off-road track. 

The 101 is a military training vehicle with dual steering and foot pedals. This vehicle having an automatic transmission is well suited to our testing blindfold driving course, providing a fun and challenging drive.

Driving a Tank remains only as a distant dream for the majority of people. However with a little help from us you can turn this dream into reality. We offer full day or half day sessions that have been designed for both men and women of all ages. The friendly individual instruction will be tailored to your ability, experience and pace. We have two sites: one near Luton Airport and the other is located close to the M3 and M4 motorways in Southern England.

THE TANK DRIVING EVENTS

Half Day

Ever considered driving a 700hp 55 ton Chieftan Main Battle Tank MK10, Abbott Tank, an APC (Armoured Personnel Carrier) and a Honda Quad bike? This could be a reality for you, your partner and your friends. We offer this package to you as a half day session. 

This half day session is available morning or afternoon on weekends between February to October in Winchester.

Full Monty Military Day

The Full Monty day includes driving a 432 APC, Lance Missile Carrier, SAS skills, driving a Ferret, Weaponry, driving a 17 Ton Abbot gun tank, flintlock and mortor, and clay pigeon shooting. 

Each entrant will be awarded points on performance at each activity and the winner will get the chance to run over a family saloon driving a Chieftan Main Battle Tank.

This full day session is complimented by a large BBQ lunch under a marquee in the woods. The session is available on selected Saturdays between February to November in Northampton.

Corporate Days

Spectators

Half Day: £10 payable on the day
Full Day:  £15 inc. BBQ lunch. Notice must be given to us of any spectators on the full day. Payment is made on the day.
