Validity of vouchers:
All Open Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The
expiry date will be detailed in your voucher.
Open Vouchers: Open
Vouchers are transferable, however, due
to their flexibility we regret that Open Vouchers are not exchangable and
non-refundable.
Dated Vouchers: Dated
Vouchers
are transferable, however, we regret that they are not exchangable and
non-refundable.
Rejuvenation Fee:
Out of date Open Vouchers may be rejuvenated once only for a period of
3 months, starting from the date of expiry detailed on the voucher, at a
cost of 25% upon current prices.
Confirmation: Upon
receipt of payment Training World will send you confirmation of your purchase
and a map. Until you receive this you should not consider your booking
confirmed. If you purchase a Dated/Open Voucher you will also receive a
reference number that you will need to quote to be able to exchange the
voucher in the coming future. Vouchers
will be delivered to your chosen address. In the event that your ticket is
stolen or gets lost, please contact us at Training World on 0870 742 01 80 or

Rules and Regulations:
All Vouchers are sold subject to the Rules and Regulations/Terms and
Conditions of the event organiser/venue which are available on request. All
event organisers/venues reserve the right to make alterations to the
advertised details, arrangements, requirements, to refuse admission and to
request latecomers to await admission until a convenient break.
Cancellation: Events
may be cancelled or postponed by the event organiser/venue for a variety of
reasons. Training World accepts no responsible for any such cancellations or
postponements, however we will notify you as soon as is practicable and will do our
utmost to provide you with a suitable alternative. If you fail to show up on
the day then you will lose your ticket and will not be refunded.
Descriptions of Events:
The content of this web site, format and description of events may change
during the year. All purchases from Training World are subject to these
changes.
Pictures: The
pictures used in the web site are for illustration use only. Each site we
offer will vary in its content.
Requirements: Most
of the events listed in this web site are subject to certain requirements
such as age, health, weight and a minimum number of persons. We ask that you
read these requirements and if you are unsure of any of these call us on

Sites: We are
continually adding to the locations we offer, but occasionally may need to
withdraw featured sites.
Vehicles: Our
vehicles may incur mechanical problems. We apologize
for any inconvenience this may incur. We reserve the right to substitute
another vehicle for those which are unavailable.
Weather: Some of our
events are dependent on the weather. We accept no responsibility for
the result of the weather. However, we will try and reschedule the event for
another time.
Prices: We reserve
the right to increase the price of any experience without notice.
All of the prices mentioned within the web site include VAT.
